I aim to post products within 3 days - but it can take longer if I need to clarify orders or I get very busy

I use Hermes or Royal Mail for UK posting (depending on other parcels going out)

If you want Evri to deliver to a Parcel shop for you to collect please tick the option at time of ordering.

Also give the parcelshop address in the 'message' section. (You may have more than one local Parcelshop)

I use Royal Mail for International posting (it can take a few days or so to get to an open Post Office to post the item)

I use new cardboard boxes from a reputable supplier that are a mix of recycled materials.

I try to re-use packing that comes from my suppliers - recycled paper - although they have recently migrated towards plastic bubble wrap.

POSTING TO IRELAND

Unbelievably, Irish Customs are rejecting parcels from the UK for an unknown reason.

I've had many returned to me which is a cost to me that I cannot afford to keep paying

I'm really sorry to say that for that reason

currently NOVEMBER 2022 I do not post anything to Ireland
